We recommend for you to select Signature Confirmation to avoid missing packages. Signature Confirmation requires you to sign for your package at the time of delivery. Lady Moss Beauty is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages so we recommend for you to select Signature Confirmation.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM THE TIME I ORDER?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed from our warehouse prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
*During New Product Launch, Holidays, or Sale events, it may take 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
Due to recent USPS changes, it now takes 5-10 business days for the USPS Mail Courier to deliver your package.
If there are Postal Delays, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Please note: Postal delays are completely out of our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number.
Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to show on the USPS website.
Please track your packages. Lady Moss Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS. ***

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY TO MY COUNTRY? *
USPS Standard Shipping takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on your country.
USPS Priority Mail international takes 6-14 business days for many major countries. Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.
On very rare occasions, international shipping can take up to 6 weeks. Please allow that time to pass before contacting us regarding delivery of your order or contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811.
*Currently due to COVID-19 restrictions and limitations, international delivery has seen delays of 90+ days while in transit. International orders are subject to extreme delays beyond our control. We cannot expedite the shipping process, provide any refunds or cancel an order while the package is still in transit and/or delayed.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
We use USPS First Class Mail International service for most of our orders. This method offers the most affordable shipping rates, however, USPS First Class Mail International service may not provide tracking information. We recommend that you select USPS Priority Mail International which offers tracking information.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Lady Moss cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
(If you refuse a shipment from Lady Moss Beauty, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Lady Moss Beauty. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
